Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the size and theme, and we show the exact price right on every bounce house and moonwalk page, so there is no quote form and no waiting on a callback. Enter your River Oaks zip code and event date to see live pricing, your delivery fee, and the low order minimum, then book the whole thing online in minutes.
Most Dallas-area families book about 25 days ahead, and about 26% book within a week of the party. 65% of these parties land on a Saturday or Sunday, so popular weekends fill first. Pick your date and ZIP at the top of the page to see what is open on yours.
Sky High set up 403 bounce house parties across Dallas-Fort Worth, including River Oaks, in the last 12 months, 1,584 since 2020. The most booked were Multi Color Castle (82 parties), Pink Castle (50 parties), 15 X 15 Red Bouncy Castle Moonwalk (32 parties), 13 x 13 Modular Blank Bounce House Moonwalk (31 parties) and Soccer Bounce House Moonwalk (21 parties).
Our busiest months for bounce houses in Dallas are May, October and November, based on every booking since 2020.
It depends on the unit, but a standard 13x13 moonwalk comfortably fits 6 to 8 kids of similar age at a time. The capacity and recommended ages are printed on every product page so you can match it to your guest list.
Yes. Units are commercially built, staked or sandbagged on site, and we carry full liability coverage with a certificate of insurance available for venues that require one.
Yes. We deliver and set up bounce houses and moonwalks across River Oaks, including Castleberry, mid-century ranch blocks along Roberts Cut Off Rd, and Inspiration Point area, and we also reach nearby Fort Worth, Sansom Park, and Westworth Village. Delivery is a paid fee based on your address with a low order minimum. Enter your event date and River Oaks zip code at the top of any product page to see live availability, your exact delivery fee, and the minimum instantly. We carry a huge selection, from princess, unicorn, and superhero themes to sports, jungle, and classic castles. You can't filter by theme on the category page, but visit our themes section to see every product that matches your theme, or search it in the search bar. If you want a slide built in too, check our River Oaks combos (/dallas/river-oaks-tx-bounce-house-combos-slides).
Always. Every unit is cleaned and disinfected after each rental and inspected again before it leaves our shop, so it arrives fresh for your kids.
Most units want a flat area a few feet larger than the footprint listed on the product page, plus clearance for the blower. Level grass is ideal, but we also set up on driveways and concrete with sandbags. Please clear the path through your gate and watch for low branches or power lines.
Yes, plenty of River Oaks families book us for McGee Park, and Wooldridge Park. Most city parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we are happy to provide on request. Parks without an outlet need a generator, and we rent those too so your unit stays inflated all day.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
Standard rentals are drop-off: we deliver, set up, and pick up, and an adult from your party supervises the kids. Attendants can be added for larger events; just ask when you book.
Yes. Many River Oaks churches, schools, and event halls book indoor setups. Just confirm the ceiling height against the unit height on the product page and that we can roll it through the doors.
Your price covers the event day. We deliver in a window before your start time and collect afterward; if you would rather keep it overnight, choose the 8am next-day option at checkout for the most cost-efficient overnight price.
A small deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.
