We need a standard outlet within about 50 feet, or we can add a generator to your order for park, field, or remote setups. Generators need to be reserved ahead of time. Just tell us there is no power nearby when you book and we will plan for it.

Yes. It runs dry in any season and sets up indoors as long as the ceiling clears its 18ft height and there is a clear path in. Indoor setups are popular for winter birthdays and school events. Our crew confirms the fit and handles the full setup.
For the most cost-efficient option we recommend our 8am next-day setup rather than a true overnight. Our crew sets up first thing in the morning and collects the following morning, so you get more party time for less while the unit stays on our schedule.
We take a 50% deposit to lock in your date, or 25% on orders over $1,000, with the balance due before or at delivery. If you cancel, we hold what you paid as store credit toward a future booking. We do not issue cash refunds, but your credit never expires.
