Every inflatable is vacuumed, scrubbed with soap and water, and disinfected with EPA-approved cleaners. Extra care is given to areas like handrails, slides, and climbing steps.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For larger school, church, or corporate events over $1,000, only a 25% deposit is required.
Cancellations made before delivery receive full store credit that never expires. Once the inflatable is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain clears during the event, families can towel-dry the unit and continue using it.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
