Sky High Party Rentals Gift Card Terms

  1. Issuer. Sky High Party Rentals, Houston, Texas. Questions: (281) 606-5867 or reservations@skyhighpartyrentals.com.
  2. What it is. A Sky High Gift Card is a digital code, delivered by email, loaded with the dollar amount you choose ($50 to $500). It is redeemable only for rentals and related charges at skyhighpartyrentals.com for our Houston, Dallas and Austin stores.
  3. No expiration, no fees. Gift card funds never expire and we charge no fees of any kind on them.
  4. How to use it. Add the code to your Sky High account at skyhighpartyrentals.com/gift-cards/redeem. The balance is applied automatically to your order at checkout, after any coupon code and after sales tax and fees are calculated. You can use a coupon code and a gift card on the same order. Any unused balance stays on your account for your next order.
  5. Sales tax. No sales tax is charged when you buy a gift card. Tax is charged on the rental when the card is used, on the full rental price, the same as a cash payment.
  6. Not cash. Gift cards pay for rentals, delivery and fees on an order. They are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it, and they cannot pay driver tips.
  7. Cancellations. If you cancel an order paid with a gift card, the gift card amount goes back to your account as store credit under our normal cancellation policy, ready for your next party.
  8. Lost or stolen codes. Treat the code like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or used codes. If you have the original purchase email we will try to help.
