Most families spend about $575 on the whole order, with half of orders between $450 and $895. Setup footprints run from 9.5 x 19 ft to 18 x 36 ft, up to 20 ft tall, so measure the flat area before you pick a unit. Power: 1 to 3 dedicated 110V outlets, one per blower; a generator can be added when there is no outlet (about 9% of these orders add one). Ages 2 and up.

Yes. Many public parks across the U.S. allow inflatables with a permit. Examples include Central Park in New York City, Grant Park in Chicago, Discovery Green in Houston, Zilker Park in Austin, and Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. Permits and certificates of insurance are usually required, which we provide. Generators are available if outlets are not nearby.

Our busiest months for Tropical rentals are May, June and July, based on every booking since 2016.
Children must remove shoes, no food or drinks are allowed inside, no flips or roughhousing, and kids should be grouped by age and size. Adult supervision is always required.
Standard units are 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft and require 17–20 ft of space, including clearance. Larger combo bounce houses with slides need more room. Each product page lists exact dimensions, and our AR preview tool helps customers plan accurately.
Bounce houses are among the most rented party inflatables across Texas because they provide safe, active entertainment that keeps children engaged for hours. They are frequently chosen for birthdays, school field days, church festivals, and large corporate family events.
Bounce houses are generally recommended for children ages 3–12. For toddlers, we offer toddler-specific inflatables with soft play areas and gentle slides. For older children, teens, and adults, larger inflatables like obstacle courses and interactive games are more suitable.
A standard 13x13 bounce house fits about 6-8 younger children at a time; a 15x15 fits 8-10. Every unit lists its weight and rider limit - rotating kids in similar-size groups keeps it safe.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Yes, power is required for inflatables and most of our other rental items. If you don't have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.
We have a pretty flexible weather policy. Weather sometimes changes so much that it will rain for 1 hour in one part of the city and then be sunny the rest of the day. Our weather policy is basically you have until the time the drivers arrive at your house to cancel, and not lose your deposit. If they get there and it's raining, or you feel it may rain you can just tell them you want to cancel and reschedule. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation prior anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will be responsible for full payment. Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue use after it rains. We just recommend drying it off with a towel if it's not a water slide and to keep the blower from getting wet as much as possible. If you decide to continue with the party despite the weather and we set up the equipment, you will be responsible for paying for the moonwalk.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

The Palm Tree Bounce House Combo and the 16ft Double Splash Slide run wet or dry, so a cooler-day luau still works. The double lane slip and slide is a water unit. Choose wet or dry at booking and our crew sets it up that way.
After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.
The base price for all inflatables is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for inflatable rentals lasting more than 4 hours. For tables, chairs, furniture, smaller games & concessions the price is the same for the whole day. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your end time for the most cost-effective option.
A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 2 days before your party (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.
Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid any time which does not expire. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For large events across Texas over $1,000 — such as school districts, church conferences, or corporate gatherings — only a 25% deposit is required.
