Q. Are there any age restrictions or weight limits recommended for use in the water slide? 

  • Most commercial grade water slides can be used by children or adults provided they do not weigh over 275 pounds. However, we do recommend that if you are renting a slide for a toddler that you rent one of our toddler water slides. The reason is because some smaller children have trouble climbing steeper stairs.

Q. Do you deliver water slides near me? 

  • We deliver party water slides all across Greater Houston areas year round. You can easily check if we deliver to your area by entering your zipcode in our website to find out available options. We make it as easy as possible for you to book the perfect wet slide and have it setup quickly.

Q. I have a tiny yard, do you carry small water slide rentals too?
  • We carry a large assortment of water slides in all shapes and sizes. If you are having a party in a confined space we always recommend using measuring tape to get an accurate picture of how much room you have. We list all sizes and dimensions on our product pages too so you can be sure the inflatable slide will fit your space.

Q. What kind of water supply do I need for this rental?
  • You need a standard outdoor water spigot connected to a water hose long enough to reach the location where the water slide will be setup. If you are renting multiple water slides, you may need to purchase a water hose splitter.

Q. Do you provide a tarp for the water slide?
  • No, we do not provide tarps, unless specifically requested. An additional fee may be involved if we fully tarp your area.

Q. Do all the water slides include a pool?
  • All of our water slides include a splash pool where water accumulates at the bottom to greet your guests. Some of our water slides do include actual pools though that are approximately 2ft deep.

Q. Can the water slide be setup on concrete?
  • Yes, however we recommend you let us know in advance if you plan to have the slide setup on concrete. You will have the option to select concrete as the setup surface on our confirmation page after placing your order. Typically for setups on concrete we bring sandbags to anchor the inflatable as well as foam mats.

Q. Will I need a power supply for my rental?
  • Yes, power is required for most of our rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

Q. What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
  • On rainy days, we will still load your equipment for its route. We will call you just prior to your event’s set-up time. If you think the weather will not clear up, you may cancel your order and receive a “rain date” credit, which can be used to rent the item (or an item of the same value) on another date. Rain date credits are valid for up to 1 year from your original event date.

    Once we set up the equipment, you will be responsible for paying for the moonwalk.
