Once it is delivered and set up, the decision to party is yours, and if rain comes afterward the rental is non-refundable, because we have completed delivery and setup and still have to pick up and clean. The tank fills on site from a standard garden hose, so have a spigot within reach of the setup spot. In Texas heat the water warms quickly and a cool dunk is the whole point. For a cooler-weather event, run warm water from the hose if you can while filling.
