Q. How do I operate the cotton candy machine?
  • Pour the cotton candy sugar in to the machine until full. Make sure the sides of the machines are loosened to allow the machine to spin. In most cases, our drivers will already have it ready to go for you. Turn on the heat and the spinning button by pressing on. The heat temperature should be set from half to 3/4th’s. Rotate the cones we provide around in a circular motion inside the bowl to capture the web of cotton candy. If cotton candy is not being made, increase the temperature control. If cotton candy is beginning to burn, decrease the temperature control. /p>

Q. Do you provide cotton candy supplies with the cotton candy machine?
  • Yes, we provide enough supplies for 50 people with the cotton candy. We supply a jug of cotton candy sugar, and 50 cones.

Q. Do you provide cotton candy bags instead of cones?
  • No, we only supply cones however you can typically buy cotton candy bags and additional supplies from Ace Mart (or any restaurant supply company).

Q. Can you provide an attendant to run the cotton candy machine during our event?
  • Yes, you can add an attendant to your order for an additional fee.

Q. How can I set up a pick up order for the cotton candy machine from your business?
  • Our online rental system will give you the option to pick up orders at the view cart page, if your order is below the minimum amount to deliver. Simply add items to your order and if you don’t reach the order minimum, an option for pick up will appear.

Q. How will chairs arrive to my event?
  • Depending on your location there will be a minimum order requirement for us to to deliver the chairs to your event, or you can pick them up free of charge at our Business location 3517 Pinemont Dr, Houston, TX 77018.

Q. Are the rental tables and chairs clean?
  • Yes, as soon as the rental chairs and tables are returned they are cleaned and prepped for the next reservation. Please note that tables incur scuffs due to transportation. We recommend you provide table covers for all tables.

Q. What kind of event should I rent the cotton candy machine for?
  • Any event, birthday parties, seminars, large commercial events, and even simple get togethers.

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
  • We have a no-hassle cancelation policy. You can wait until the day before your event to cancel your reservation, however any amount paid will be issued back to you as store credit. You can call us to cancel your reservation, or you may do so in the my account area.

Q. When do I pay for my order?
  • A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.
