I ordered tables and chairs from Sky High for a backyard engagement party. They were delivered promptly and picked up the next day. I was very pleased with the set up, delivery, pick-up, and reasonable prices. Will order from y'all again for the next party.

Q. How will chairs arrive to my event?

Depending on your location there will be a minimum order requirement for us to to deliver the chairs to your event, or you can pick them up free of charge at our Business location 3517 Pinemont Dr, Houston, TX 77018.

Q. How can I set up a pick up order for a small amount of chairs or tables?

Our online rental system will give you the option to pick up orders at the view cart page if your order is below the minimum amount to deliver.

Q. Are the rental tables and chairs clean?

Yes, as soon as the rental chairs and tables are returned they are cleaned and prepped for the next reservation. Please note that tables incur scuffs due to transportation. We recommend you provide table covers for all tables.

Q. What kind of event should I rent the chairs for?

Any event, birthday parties, seminars, large commercial events, and even simple get togethers.

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?

We have a no-hassle cancelation policy. You can wait until the day before your event to cancel your reservation, however any amount paid will be issued back to you as store credit. You can call us to cancel your reservation, or you may do so in the my account area.

Q. When do I pay for my order?

A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.
