Location Data

We collect location data from driver devices to support core app functionality. This may include:

• Precise GPS location while the app is in use
• Background location (if enabled) to track routes, deliveries, and job progress

We use location data to:

• Assign and manage jobs
• Provide routing and navigation support
• Verify service locations and delivery completion
• Improve operational efficiency and safety

Location data is only accessible to authorized personnel and is not sold to third parties. Users may disable location permissions in their device settings; however, this may limit app functionality.

Camera and Photos

The Driver App requests access to the device camera for work-related purposes. Photos are used to:

Camera access is only used when actively triggered by the user within the app. We do not access the camera in the background. Photos may be securely uploaded and accessed only by authorized personnel within our organization.

• Driver App location data is retained up to 12 months for routing, ETA, safety, and operational records, then deleted or anonymized.
• Photos and documents (delivery/cleaning photos, driver's-license verification) are retained up to 24 months for operational and compliance purposes, then deleted.
• Diagnostic and crash logs are retained up to 90 days.

When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data at any time, as described in "Your Rights," by emailing reservations@skyhighpartyrentals.com.

You have the right to:
