Q. What is included with the popcorn machine?
  • 50 popcorn bags, and popcorn mix for 50 people. You will need to provide your own scooper.

Q. What is included with the cotton candy concession?
  • Supplies for 50 servings including 1 gallon of pink cotton candy sugar & 50 paper cones.

Q. What is included with the sno cone machine?
  • We provide 2 flavors of syrup, typically strawberry and blue raspberry, and 50 snow cone cups.

Q. How much ice do I need for 50 snow cones?
  • You will need at least 3 to 4 10-pound bags of ice per 50 snow cones. We recommend you store the ice you are not using in a large ice chest until it is needed.

Q. Can you provide attendants to operate the concession machines?
  • Yes, for an additional $25/hr., we can supply attendants to monitor and operate the concession machine for the duration of your event.

Q. How far in advance do I need to reserve rental equipment?
  • We usually recommend orders be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event in order to guarantee availability of your desired item. However, we have limited inventory on some items, and they are often booked several months in advance. Bottom line: if you really want a specific item, reserve it early as possible.

Q. How do I make a reservation?
  • You may make a reservation through our website 24 hours a day. There is an availability calendar on each product page to find out if that item is available for the date you have in mind. You can also make a reservation by calling (281) 606-5867.

Q. When do I pay for my order?
  • A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.
