A small deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.

What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

How much space do I need, and what surface works?

Most units want a flat area a few feet larger than the footprint listed on the product page, plus clearance for the blower. Level grass is ideal, but we also set up on driveways and concrete with sandbags. Please clear the path through your gate and watch for low branches or power lines.

Can you set up at a park in Pearland?

Can I rent the water slide wet for summer or dry for cooler weather?

Most of our slides run either way. Pick wet for a splashdown pool at the bottom on a hot day, or dry with a safety mat for cooler weather. Choose your option at checkout.

Do you connect the water hose and set up the slide, or is that something I do myself?

We do. You provide a standard garden hose, and we connect it to the sprinkler line on the slide and make sure the water is running before we leave. Just have the hose reach from your spigot to where the unit will sit, or hand it to us and we will run it out to the inflatable for you. For slides with a splash pool, we often start filling it during setup. If it is still topping off when we finish, we will point out the hose we have connected and let you know when it is ready.

Do you have water slides for adults and teens, or just for little kids?

We have both. Several slides are built for teens and grown-ups, not just little kids. Capacity and rider height are listed on each product page.

Are inflatable water slides safe for kids?

Yes. Our inflatable water slides have climb-up steps with handholds, padded sliding lanes, and a soft landing pool at the bottom. We stake every unit down at setup, and an adult should supervise so one rider goes at a time.

Can I keep the water slide overnight for a late party?

Yes. If your party runs late, choose the 8am next-day option at checkout. It is the most cost-efficient overnight price and our crew collects it the next morning, so the kids get extra slide time.

Should I get a single-lane or a dual-lane water slide?

Either works. Single-lane slides are great for tight yards, while dual-lane slides let two kids race, which keeps lines short at bigger parties. The lane count is listed on every slide.

We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We've rented water slides from Sky High several times over the years for birthday parties, and they've always been great to work with. This year the slide we originally booked was damaged before our event, so they upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost. The kids loved it, and the whole process was easy. Definitely recommend Sky High for inflatables!
