How much does it cost to rent a water slide?

Accepted Answer

Rentals start from $250 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.

What are the recommended ages for a slip and slide?

Accepted Answer

Children and adults ages 5 years and up. Adults and teenagers love our slip and slides! However, younger kids under 5 have a problem coordinating running and timing their jumping for them. They can still enjoy the slip n slide, but we find that most of the time they just climb on and run through to the splash/pool area.

Can I set up the the slide near my pool?

Accepted Answer

No. Safety is our number one priority. All moonwalks and water slides must be set up at least 10 feet away from any pool.

Question 4

Can I slide with my child down the slide?

Accepted Answer

No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable.

Question 5

How do inflatable water slide stay inflated?

Accepted Answer

An electric fan blower is used to inflate the slide. It must be turned on and attached to the slide the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the slide will deflate.

Will I need power for my water slide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, power is required for most of our rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

How long can I keep my slide rental?

The base price for all of our dry and wet slide rentals is up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option.

How do you keep the slide wet?

Accepted Answer

A misting hose is connected to the slide and spray the sliding area. Misting hoses should stay on while the slide is in use.

What rules do my guests and I need to follow to ensure a safe time?

Accepted Answer

Only 1 person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time. Someone should be in charge of monitoring the inflatable at all times so that children don’t slide down while someone is still exiting. A good protocol is to allow one child to climb the stairs when one child exits. Group kids by size when playing in the inflatable. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent them from being injured. No flips or rough horseplay. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you see the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, this is a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.

When do I pay for my water slide order?

Accepted Answer

A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 2 days before your party (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. If your order is over $1,000 we only require 25% down payment. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation. We can make the reservation and choose pay later and wait for the check to be paid on the day of the event or soon after if you send us a purchase order.

Question 11

How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?

We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles. Lastly to insure the products we rent are safe, we require at least 72hrs between rentals.

Will I need to provide a water hose?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will need to provide a hose long enough to reach from your water source to the location where the water slide will be setup. You will also need to ensure that the slip and slide can be placed within 50 ft. of a power source.

Question 13

Can I have an inflatable at a park?

Accepted Answer

Yes. However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up inflatables. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25. In addition to this, you must also make sure their is a water hose with a water source to where the slide will be placed.

Question 14

How is the inflatable secured to the ground?

Accepted Answer

For grass surfaces, we use 18-inch metal stakes to secure our moonwalks to the ground. For concrete locations, we use sandbags or rope to secure the inflatable. We may also use permanent structures such as trees or concrete blocks.

Question 15

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that never expires. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.

What time will you deliver?

Accepted Answer

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.
