When I rented online, I asked for someone to call me so I could be sure of the outlet/breaker part of the rental process, and make sure the company would supply an extension cord or if I needed to get one. Nobody called me and the morning of the party, I was freaked out if maybe I didn't check in or do a courtesy call to make sure everything was scheduled correctly! But the drivers got there 30 minutes ahead of schedule, were super polite and fast, and the day ran SO smoothly after that! I literally didn't have to do a thing and the kids had a blast!

Q. How many people can fit inside this moonwalk?

A standard bounce house fits 6 to 8 kids, or up to 4 adults.

Q. Is there a weight limit to jump inside the inflatable?

Yes, most manufacturers suggest a maximum of 200 pounds per person. However, adults exceeding that weight limit may enter the moonwalk with their child, so long as they do not jump.

Q. Can I slide with my child down the slide?

No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable.

Q. Is there an age limit recommended for this moonwalk?

This moonwalk can be used by children and adults of all ages.

Q. Can you set up inflatables at parks?

Yes. However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up a moonwalk. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25.

Q. Will I need power for my rental?

Yes, power is required for most of our rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.
