We recommend toddler inflatables only for younger children under 8. For older children and teens, standard bounce houses, obstacle courses, and sports interactives are more appropriate.

What is your Weather Guarantee?

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

Can toddler inflatables be set up indoors in Dallas?

Yes. Toddler inflatables can be installed indoors at daycare gyms, recreation centers, or church halls. A minimum ceiling clearance of 12–15 ft is needed.

Can toddler inflatables be set up at Dallas parks?

Yes. Parks such as Klyde Warren Park, Trinity Park in Fort Worth, River Legacy Park in Arlington, and Harry Myers Park in Rockwall permit inflatables with proper approval. We provide certificates of insurance and generators when outlets are not available.

Do you provide ball pit balls for toddler bounce houses?

No. We do not supply ball pit balls because they are not practical for delivery and sanitization. Our toddler inflatables focus on soft bouncing areas and gentle slides.

Can toddler inflatables be used with water in Dallas?

Most toddler inflatables are for dry use only. However, small slides under 13 ft such as the Little Kahuna and Lil Tides are safe water slide options for younger children.

How are toddler inflatables cleaned before delivery?

Every inflatable is vacuumed, scrubbed with soap and water, and disinfected with EPA-approved cleaners. Extra care is given to areas like handrails, slides, and climbing steps.

What safety rules should parents follow in toddler inflatables?

Children must remove shoes, no food or drinks inside, and an adult must supervise play at all times. Kids should enter one at a time and go down slides feet first. Parents should group kids by size and make sure there is no rough horseplay or flips.

Can toddler inflatables be kept overnight in Dallas?

Yes. Overnight rentals are available. Simply select “8am pickup” for the following morning at checkout. Overnight setups are popular for church lock-ins and weekend daycare events.

What deposit is required for toddler inflatable rentals in Dallas?

Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on event day. For larger school, church, or corporate events over $1,000, only a 25% deposit is required.

What is your cancellation and weather policy in Dallas?

Cancellations made before delivery receive full store credit that never expires. Once the inflatable is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain clears during the event, families can towel-dry the unit and continue using it.

Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
