Most bounce houses are designed for children ages 3–12. For older kids, teens, and adults, we recommend larger inflatables such as obstacle courses or interactive sports inflatables.
Standard bounce houses are 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft, requiring 17–20 ft of total space. Combo units with slides may need more. Product pages list dimensions, and AR previews help confirm fit.
Kids must remove shoes, no food or drinks are allowed, no flips or rough play, and children should be grouped by size. Adult supervision is mandatory at all times.

We vacuum, scrub with soap and water, and sanitize every bounce house with EPA-approved cleaners. Extra care is given to entryways, netting, and climbing areas.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on event day. For large events over $1,000 — such as school field days, church festivals, or corporate parties — only a 25% deposit is required.
Cancel before delivery for full store credit with no expiration. Once a bounce house is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain clears later, towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
