Power: 1 to 3 dedicated 110V outlets, one per blower; a generator can be added when there is no outlet (about 10% of these orders add one). Ages 2 and up.

Slides are designed for ages 3 and up. Small 12–15 ft slides are suitable for preschool and elementary ages, while dual-lane slides up to 24 ft tall are popular for teenagers and adults. Corporate events often request the largest slides because they accommodate high-volume use.
For wet setups, you need a standard garden hose connected to a water source with consistent pressure. Most setups require only one hose, and our crew provides the misting system. For dry setups, no water connection is required.
Yes. Schools and recreation centers in Dallas frequently book dry slides indoors for winter carnivals and lock-ins. Indoor setups require a ceiling clearance of at least 15 ft and a wide enough doorway for delivery.
Slides vary by size, but most require 15–20 ft in width and 25–40 ft in length. Large dual-lane slides may require 40+ ft. Each product page includes exact dimensions, and our AR preview tool allows you to see how the inflatable will look in your space.
Safety guidelines include: one rider per lane at a time, no flips or roughhousing, grouping children by size, and adult supervision at all times. For wet rentals, cords and blowers must be kept dry.

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Each unit has a misting hose or sprinkler attachment that continuously sprays water across the slide. This keeps the sliding surface slick for riders. When used dry, the hose remains disconnected, and the slide is just as safe for climbing and sliding.
Yes. Many parks in the Dallas area, including Klyde Warren Park, White Rock Lake Park, Trinity Park in Fort Worth, and Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie, allow inflatables with prior approval. Most parks require a permit and a certificate of insurance, which Sky High provides. If power is not available, we also offer generator rentals.
Slides are vacuumed, scrubbed with soap and water, and disinfected with EPA-approved products between every rental. High-touch areas such as steps and handrails are given extra attention.
Yes. Overnight rentals are available for both wet and dry slides. Select “8am pickup” for the following morning at checkout. Many customers choose overnight rentals for two-day school events or weekend festivals.
If weather looks uncertain, you can cancel before delivery and receive a full store credit with no expiration date. Once setup is complete, the rental fee applies. If rain passes during the event, simply towel-dry the slide and continue using it.

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

For any water slide or slip-n-slide, yes - we hook up to a standard garden-hose spigot, so we just need a water source within reach (we bring the hose). Dry units and bounce houses need no water at all.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on event day. For large orders over $1,000, such as school field days or corporate picnics, only a 25% deposit is required. This reduced deposit makes it easier for organizations to secure multiple inflatables in advance.
