Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For larger events over $1,000 — such as daycare festivals, church gatherings, or preschool fundraisers — only a 25% deposit is required.

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, all inflatables must be turned off immediately. Even when staked or sandbagged, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good guideline is: if you see trees swaying or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
