Everything was wonderful!! Our only concern was the festival began at 10:00 but the attractions were not ready to go until almost an hour into the festival. May have been due to confusion on our end, but that is the only concern we had. We do plan to use you again!!

Overall our experience was great. They were ahead of schedule for delivery. ( This was our first time renting from Sky High) I was not feeling confident at first because our initial reservation was lost on several items; however, when they arrived with a full crew and were so fast setting up. Their courteous helpful nature as well as professionalism made me realize this is a great company that I fully intend to use again.

We had a great experience. We did have both sand bags and stakes on our order, but the drivers did not have it when they first arrived. They were great about going back to get them for us. We also had a generator go out on the double slide with kids on it, but they driver was quick to show up when we called him. The generator did turn back on when they arrived, so I am not sure what the problem was. The customer service has always been top notch! Thank you!

Very easy to work with would rent from again. Only issue, which I'm sure this is hard to manage, but the inside was dirty. We had to clean out before using. Beings I rented the toddler play house, couldn't let the little ones run around with old debris inside. Other than that, very happy with the service and product. My guests loved the Candy Land Toddler play land.

Q. How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?

We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles. Lastly to insure the products we rent are safe, we require at least 72hrs between rentals.
Q. How long can I keep my rental?

The base price for all of our items is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option.
Q. What time will you deliver?

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.
Q. Is this inflatable suitable for older kids too?

Yes, we recommend this inflatable for kids aged 2 to 8 years old. Preschool ages also enjoy jumping inside the inflatable.
Q. What rules do my guests and I need to follow to ensure a safe time?

Group kids by size when playing in the inflatable. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent them from being injured. No flips or rough horseplay. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you see the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, this is a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.
Q. Can the toddler inflatables be used with water?

No, unfortunately these inflatables are designed to be used dry only.
Q. Do you provide balls for the ball pits?

No, we do not provide ball pits for any of the inflatables. Picking up hundreds of balls and dropping off unfortunately isn't our specialty.
Q. What is your weather policy?
-
We have a pretty flexible weather policy. Houston's weather changes so much that it will rain for 1 hour in one part of the city and then be sunny the rest of the day. Our weather policy is basically you have until the time the drivers arrive at your house to cancel, and not lose your deposit. If they get there and it's raining, or you feel it may rain you can just tell them you want to cancel and reschedule. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation prior anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will be responsible for full payment. Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue use after it rains. We just recommend drying it off with a towel if it's not a water slide and to keep the blower from getting wet as much as possible.
Q. When do I pay for my order?

A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). If your order is over $1,000 we only require 25% down payment. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation. We can make the reservation and choose pay later and wait for the check to be paid on the day of the event or soon after if you send us a purchase order.
Q. Can you set up inflatables at parks?

Yes. However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up a moonwalk. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25.
Q. Do I need to supply power for my party rental?
-
Yes, power is required for all inflatables and most of our other rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.
Q. How do I prepare my backyard for my party rental?

Please make sure that the area is clear and ready to accommodate your rental (no low hanging tree branches or power lines.) Please make sure that all pets are out of the area during the installation and pick up. Also, please survey the area and remove any pet droppings, “sticker/thorn” weeds, and fire-ant hills. This will help keep you and your rental clean.
Q. How does the toddler bouncy castle stay inflated?

An electric fan blower is used to inflate the water slide. It must be turned on and attached to the slide the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the water slide will deflate.
Q. How early in advance do I need to make a reservation?
-
We can be ready to deliver your moonwalk within an hour’s notice if you book online or by phone. If you are booking a party rental for the same day, we ask that you please call us to confirm the delivery though. If we are unable to deliver your reservation, we will refund your payment in full. If your items are really popular, we suggest booking as early as possible to avoid your items getting booked out.
Q. My organization is tax exempt -- how do I remove taxes from my rental cost?

Well we only charge 50% down payment so you can just place your order with taxes and then email us at reservations@skyhighpartyrentals.com with a copy of your tax exemption form. We will then take off taxes from your order and the difference will reflect in the remaining 50% balance.
Q. Are you insured?

Yes, all of our inflatables are state inspected and insured.
Q. Can I pick up the rental?
-
We do not allow pick up of inflatables, however we do allow customers to pick up tables, chairs, and concessions.
Q. Do kids have to take their shoes off inside the bounce house?
-
Yes, shoes must be taken off on inflatables.
Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
-
Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid any time which does not expire. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
