You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

What deposit do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?

A small deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.

What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

How much space do I need, and what surface works?

Most units want a flat area a few feet larger than the footprint listed on the product page, plus clearance for the blower. Level grass is ideal, but we also set up on driveways and concrete with sandbags. Please clear the path through your gate and watch for low branches or power lines.

Can you set up at a park in The Woodlands?

Yes, plenty of The Woodlands families book us for Town Green Park, and Rob Fleming Park. Most city parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we are happy to provide on request. Parks without an outlet need a generator, and we rent those too so your unit stays inflated all day.

What ages are the toddler units made for?

They are sized for little ones roughly ages 2 to 5, with low soft walls, a gentle small slide, and fun pop-up shapes inside. Bigger kids can overwhelm them, so they are best kept to the toddler crowd.
