Frequently Asked Questions
Combo pricing depends on the size and whether you run it wet or dry, and we show the exact price on every combo page, so there is no quote form. Enter your Moselle zip and date to see live pricing, your delivery fee, and the order minimum. Because a combo gives you a bounce house and a slide in one unit, it is usually the best value for a birthday.
Most Dallas-area families book about 28 days ahead, and about 24% book within a week of the party. 68% of these parties land on a Saturday or Sunday, so popular weekends fill first. Pick your date and ZIP at the top of the page to see what is open on yours.
Our busiest months for moselle bounce house combos and slides in Dallas are May, October and November, based on every booking since 2020.
Our most-rented Moselle combos are the 3in1 toddler combo, ultimate 3in1 combo, and modern rainbow combo. Many families are surprised that the classic multicolor combo outsells the themed ones, simply because it has mass appeal for boys and girls of every age, while a themed combo locks you into one character.
Yes. Use our View in My Yard tool on any combo page to place the unit in your own Moselle yard right through your phone, so you can confirm it fits before you book. Combos run larger than a basic bouncer, so measure against the footprint and clear the gate path for delivery.
Combos suit a wide range, generally ages 2 to 12, because the bounce, slide, and climb keep different ages busy at once. Toddler combos are sized for the 2 to 5 crowd, while the bigger combos and obstacle combos handle older kids, teens, and adults. Capacity and ages are on each listing.
Yes, every combo is disinfected after each rental, inspected, and staked or sandbagged on site, with a certificate of insurance available for venues that require one.
Yes. We deliver and set up bounce house combos across Moselle, including South Hemphill Heights, Worth Heights, and Hemphill, and we also reach nearby Forest Hill, Everman, and Benbrook. Delivery is a paid fee based on your address with a low order minimum. Enter your event date and Moselle zip code at the top of any product page to see live availability, your exact delivery fee, and the minimum instantly. A plain bounce house is just an open jumping area. A combo is the premium upgrade to a basic bouncer: it packs that bounce area together with a slide, a climb wall, and often a basketball hoop in one unit, so the kids get a lot more to do without renting a second item.
Most Moselle customers go with a classic combo because it works for boys and girls and every age, but if you have your heart set on a specific character, browse our Moselle party themes to find a themed combo that matches your party. Either way you get the same bounce, slide, and climb fun.
Both. Most combos run wet with a splash slide in summer or dry with a safety mat the rest of the year, and the dry setup makes a combo one of our most popular winter and indoor rentals. Most people who specifically want a water slide shop our water slide pages, so the combo lineup leans toward year-round dry play.
It depends on the unit, and both have a use. A slide that exits to the outside moves a big line of kids through faster, which is great for larger events, while a slide that exits back inside is better for a muddy or wet yard, because kids land on the unit instead of the ground. Check the product photos or ask us and we will point you to the right one.
All shapes and sizes. We carry everything from large football-field obstacle combos for big kids and adults down to toddler combos sized for little ones with a gentle 2-foot slide. The footprint and recommended ages are listed on every combo page so you can match it to your space and your crowd.
If the party runs long, pick the 8am next-day option at checkout for the most cost-efficient overnight price, and our crew collects it the next morning.
Yes, plenty of Moselle families book us for Worth Heights Park, and Rosemont Park. Most city parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we are happy to provide on request. Parks without an outlet need a generator, and we rent those too so your unit stays inflated all day.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
For any water slide or slip-n-slide, yes - we hook up to a standard garden-hose spigot, so we just need a water source within reach (we bring the hose). Dry units and bounce houses need no water at all.
A small deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.
