As a rule of thumb a 10x20 tent seats around 20 guests with tables and a 20x20 seats about 40, while a 6-foot table seats 6 to 8 and an 8-foot table seats 8 to 10. Most of our tent pages also include a layout diagram, so you can map out tables and chairs and estimate your headcount before you book.

From 10x10 high peak and frame tents up to large 40-foot frame and drive-through tents, plus 6-foot and 8-foot rectangle tables, 5-foot and 6-foot round tables, and adult and kids folding chairs by the dozen. Build the exact mix you need on the category page.
A few things help. Letting us drop off the day before and pick up the day after is the most cost-efficient schedule, and we can also do same-day delivery and pickup for an added fee. Setting up on grass where we can drive stakes keeps the price down too, because if we cannot stake, we have to bring water barrels to weight the tent, which adds cost. You can also pick up tables and chairs yourself from our warehouse to skip the delivery fee.
Our crew installs and stakes frame tents using 24-inch stakes driven into the ground, then takes everything down at the end. Before we arrive, please flag any water, gas, sprinkler, or other underground lines on the property so we can place the stakes safely and avoid any surprises. Tables and chairs are dropped stacked for you, or we can set them up for an added fee.

Absolutely. Many Humble customers add a tent for shade along with tables, chairs, and a bounce house on one order, and we deliver and set it all up together.
Yes, plenty of Humble families book us for Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center, and Deussen Park (Lake Houston). Most city parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we are happy to provide on request. Parks without an outlet need a generator, and we rent those too so your unit stays inflated all day.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
Frame tents are staked or weighted for stability in normal weather. If severe weather threatens, call us and we will reschedule and hold your full payment as store credit, so bad weather never costs you the rental.
A small deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.
