What is your Weather Guarantee?

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

What deposit do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day, or 25% on orders over $1,000 like a school or church event. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.

What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

How much space do I need, and how do I check it fits?

Plan for a flat, clear area a few feet larger than the unit, plus overhead clearance and a path through your gate. Every product page lists exact dimensions, and View in My Yard lets you preview the unit in your own space from your phone before you book.

Can I set up at a park in Houston?

Yes, plenty of families book us for parks like Bicentennial Park in Baytown, Clear Lake Park in Clear Lake, Carl Barton Jr. Park in Conroe, Telge Park in Cypress. Most parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we provide for a $35 fee, and we rent generators when there is no outlet so your unit runs all day.

What party rentals do you carry besides inflatables?

Tents, tables, chairs, and concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone) to round out the day. Add them to your bounce house or combo order.

What tent sizes and table or chair counts can I rent?

From 10x10 pop-ups to large frame tents, plus 6-foot and 8-foot tables, round tables, and folding chairs by the dozen. Build the exact count on the category page.

Are your tables and chairs cheaper than competitors?

Usually yes, often about half the price with a low minimum, and you can book the whole order online in minutes.

How many people does a tent seat?

A 10x20 seats around 20 guests with tables and a 20x20 about 40. Tell us your headcount and we will help size it.

Do you set up the tents?

Yes, our crew installs and stakes frame tents and takes them down. Tables and chairs are typically dropped stacked, or set for an added fee.

Are the concession machines easy to run?

Yes, each comes with starter supplies and a quick how-to, so one adult can run it. Add extra supply packs at checkout for bigger crowds.

Is tent setup included?

Yes. Every tent is delivered, set up, secured and taken down by our crew. You choose the size and the spot, and we handle the rest, with on-time delivery across Greater Houston and fully insured, state-inspected products.

Can I rent a tent with tables, chairs and a bounce house together?

Yes. Tables and chairs, cooling fans, patio heaters, bounce houses and water slides can all ride on the same delivery as the tent, so the party arrives in one window with one crew handling setup and pickup.

Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
