In the days leading up to our event, unexpected rain left the ground saturated, and our internal team mistakenly directed the Sky High delivery team to place the tent in an area with standing water. When management reviewed the site later that afternoon, we realized the tent needed to be moved to a drier part of the lawn. It was already 4:30 PM the day before the event, and we urgently requested Sky High’s assistance to relocate the tent before 9 AM the following morning. Not only did they come through and help us achieve this last-minute change, but they did so without charging us for the additional trip.   • Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, sno cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! We have rented a huge waterslide and sno cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
