What's the difference between the dry and the wet setup?

Accepted Answer

Dry means no water, just bounce, climb and slide, ideal for birthdays, school events and cool weather. Wet adds a hose hookup so the slide is slick and the splash pool fills at the bottom. You pick wet or dry when you book, and the price updates for the wet option.

What is your Weather Guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Simple and stress-free: you can cancel or reschedule for any reason, right up until our crew arrives at your door, even the morning of your party. Your full payment converts to store credit that never expires and works on any future rental, so a forecast never costs you a dollar. Just know that once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains later, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

How does the mermaid combo actually work, bounce plus slide?

It is a combo, so one inflatable does it all. Kids jump on the roomy bounce floor inside, scramble up the climb feature, then ride the integrated slide down. Pink, purple and teal scales and two 3D ombre mermaid tails frame the entrance. It is one centerpiece instead of renting three separate units.

What's the difference between a bounce house, a moonwalk and a combo like this?

A bounce house and a moonwalk are the same thing, an enclosed inflatable just for jumping. This Mermaid is a combo, which adds a climb and a slide to the bounce floor. Combos are best for mixed-age parties because kids can bounce and slide in one unit.

What ages is the Mermaid combo best for?

Accepted Answer

It is dialed in for ages 3 to 12. Toddlers around 2 to 4 can bounce with close adult supervision, and the 5 to 12 crowd loves the climb and slide. We ask that one adult supervise at all times and that kids slide one at a time.

Can teens or adults ride it?

Accepted Answer

It is sized for kids 3 to 12, so teens and adults will find it snug. Adults under 250 lbs can get on, but for bigger riders we suggest a taller, higher-capacity unit. Browse our water slides for adults for options built for grown-ups.

Question 8

Do I need a water hose, and how wet does it get?

Accepted Answer

For the wet setup, yes. Your garden hose needs to reach the unit, and it stays connected to keep the slide slick and the splash pool topped off. The pool takes about 20 to 30 minutes to fill. Kids will get soaked, so plan towels and swimsuits.

How much space do I need and how do I know it will fit?

Accepted Answer

The unit is 25ft long, 13ft wide and 15ft tall. Plan for a flat area a few feet larger on every side plus clear overhead space, no low branches or power lines. Use View in My Yard to preview the Mermaid combo in your actual space before you book.

Question 10

What surface can it go on, and what do I need ready for setup?

Accepted Answer

Grass, concrete or asphalt all work. We need a standard outlet within about 100ft or a generator, and a clear path wide enough to carry the unit in. Clear pet mess and sharp debris before the crew arrives. Setup takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Do you deliver, set up and collect the unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a delivery fee based on your location, and the crew delivers, sets up, anchors and safety-checks the Mermaid combo, then returns to collect it at the end. You never haul or wrestle the inflatable. We do not offer self-pickup on bounce houses.

Question 12

How much is the deposit and what's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit locks your date, or 25% on orders over $1,000, with the balance due before the event. If you cancel or change, your payment is held as store credit toward a future date rather than a cash refund, so it is never lost.

Question 13

Can I keep it overnight?

Accepted Answer

For the best price we recommend the 8am next-day option: we set up the evening before or first thing in the morning, and the crew collects it the next morning. You are responsible for the unit until we collect. Just ask when you reserve.
