How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?

Every unit is vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with an EPA-approved disinfectant after each rental, with extra care on the netting, steps, and high-contact areas, so it arrives fresh.

Do I need to take my shoes off inside the bounce house?

Children must remove their shoes, no food or drinks are allowed inside, no flips or roughhousing, and kids should be grouped by age and size. Adult supervision is always required.

How much space do I need for a bounce house?

Standard units are 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft and need 17 to 20 ft of space including clearance. Larger combo units with a slide need more room. Every product page lists exact dimensions, and our View in My Yard tool helps you plan accurately.

Do I need to supply power?

Yes, power is required. Most rentals need 1 to 2 outlets on separate breakers within about 50 ft of where the item is placed. No nearby outlet, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

What is your Weather Guarantee?

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, the rental is final.

When do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day, or 25% on orders over $1,000 like a school or church event. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.

How far ahead should I book a tent add-on in Houston?

Bounce houses are generally recommended for children ages 3 to 12. For toddlers, we offer toddler-specific inflatables with soft play areas and gentle slides. For older kids, teens, and adults, larger inflatables like obstacle courses and interactive games work best.

What should I do if wind speeds increase during my event?

If wind speeds top about 15 mph, stop use and turn the blower off. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high wind. If you see trees swaying hard or a storm approaching, power down until it passes, then resume.

How much does it cost to rent a tent?

How many people fit under a tent?

Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry in Texas for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
