Can this fan be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, these fans can be used indoors and outdoors. If used indoors we recommend not using with water.

Do I need to have constant water plugged in to the misting fan?

No, it is not required to have the fan hooked directly to a water source. It can be pre-filled.

How long does the misting last?

If the fan is not hooked up to a water source they can last up to 4hrs. You can also plug a standard hose to fan for unlimited use.

Will my guests get wet if the fan is facing them?

The mist is very fine and in hot climates will mostly cool down the temperature of people.

Do I need to supply power for my misting fan rental?

Yes, power is required for the fan. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. The fan uses a standard 110 outlet and has very low power consumption.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not offer refunds.

Can you help me setup the misting fan at my event location?

Yes, we can help with setup however a water source is needed for the fans initial setup.

Do I need to supply water for the fans?

Yes, water is not included with the fans automatically. We can fill the fans up with water or show you how to operate them in advance.

How long does it take to fill the misting fans up if it will not be directly connected to a water source?

It does not take long to fill the misting fans up with water. In most cases it takes less than 2 minutes to fill the water container located at the base of the fan.

Do the fans really work to cool down guests at my party?

Yes, these fans are highly sought after because they make outdoor parties cooler and more enjoyable.

Can this fan be used dry without misting?

Yes, misting is not required and can be turned off.
