Are your tables and chairs cheaper than competitors?

Usually yes, often about half the price with a low minimum, and you can book the whole order online in minutes.

How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs?

Rentals start from $20 per table, or $4 per chair across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.

How much space do I need, and how do I check it fits?

Plan for a flat, clear area a few feet larger than the unit, plus overhead clearance and a path through your gate. Every product page lists exact dimensions, and View in My Yard lets you preview the unit in your own space from your phone before you book.

Can I set up at a park?

Yes, many parks across Texas allow inflatables with a reservation and proof of insurance. We provide a certificate of insurance naming the park or city as additional insured for a $35 fee, and we rent generators when there is no outlet.

How far ahead should I book a table and chair in Texas?

Most Texas-area families book about 20 days ahead, and about 35% book within a week of the party. 64% of these parties land on a Saturday or Sunday, so popular weekends fill first. Pick your date and ZIP at the top of the page to see what is open on yours.

Which tables and chairs are the most popular in Texas?

Sky High set up 1,001 table and chair parties across Texas in the last 12 months, 11,326 since 2016. The most booked were 2 6ft Adult Rectangle Tables 12 Black Chairs (897 parties), 2 8ft Rectangle Tables & 16 Black Chairs (897 parties), 1 6ft Rectangle Table with 6 Adult Black Chairs (897 parties), 1 6ft Adult Round Table, 10 Black Chairs (897 parties) and Popcorn Machine, 2 Rectangle Tables & 12 Chairs Package (897 parties).

When is table and chair season in Texas?

Our busiest months for tables and chairs in Texas are May, November and December, based on every booking since 2016.

How many people does a tent seat?

A 10x20 seats around 20 guests with tables and a 20x20 about 40. Tell us your headcount and we will help size it.

Do you set up the tents?

Yes, our crew installs and stakes frame tents and takes them down. Tables and chairs are typically dropped stacked, or set for an added fee.

Which areas do you deliver tents, tables, chairs, and concessions to?

We deliver and set up tents, tables, chairs, and concessions across our four Texas metros, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, plus the suburbs around each. Delivery is a paid fee shown at checkout, and our crew handles setup, anchoring, and collection. Browse the full party rentals category to start.

What is your Weather Guarantee?

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

What party rentals do you carry besides inflatables?

Tents, tables, chairs, and concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone) to round out the day. Add them to your bounce house or combo order.

What tent sizes and table or chair counts can I rent?

From 10x10 pop-ups to large frame tents, plus 6-foot and 8-foot tables, round tables, and folding chairs by the dozen. Build the exact count on the category page.

Are the concession machines easy to run?

Yes, each comes with starter supplies and a quick how-to, so one adult can run it. Add extra supply packs at checkout for bigger crowds.

What comes in a table and chair package?

Packages pair rectangle or round tables with black folding chairs. The most booked is two 6ft rectangle tables with 12 chairs, then two 8ft tables with 16 chairs and a 5ft round table with 8 chairs. Kids tables are available too.

What deposit do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit reserves your date, or 25% on orders over $1,000 like a school or church event, and the balance is due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.

Table and Chair Rental with Tiny Funhouse Kids Painting — Reviewed on GoogleReviews by Amita Hosangadi: We went with Sky High Rentals for my daughter's 7th Birthday which we organized in our tiny backyard. I was very pleased when I found out that Sky High Rentals have bounce houses specifically for tiny backyards called "Tiny Yard Series". This was the only place that had this in the entire Dallas area. We also rented Tables, Chairs and Snow Cone machine which was a big hit. Kids had a great time. The delivery was way before the start of the party, so that was a relief. Also, they picked it up much later in the day which let the kids play a little longer. We would definitely recommend Sky High Rentals for your part needs.

Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry in Texas for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
