This elegant 30’x40’ tent is made of fire-retardant, UV-resistant, and block-out vinyl material that protects you and your guests from the elements. A 30'x40' Marquee Frame Tent can accommodate 96 people for sit-down dinners, 120 people for buffet-style dinners, or 170 people for stand-up and cocktail-style dinners.

Pricing depends on the item you choose, your event date, and your delivery location. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Enter your date and ZIP on any product to see that item's live price and confirm it is available.
At least 5' of space surrounding the perimeter of the tent is required (Although 10' is recommended). We recommend that you perform all area measurements before the day of your event.
It's advisable to book a tent rental as soon as you have your event details finalized, especially during peak seasons like summer or early fall. For large events or specific tent types, booking several months in advance may be necessary.
Allow about 10 sq ft per guest for rows of seating, or 15 sq ft with tables. So a 20x40 tent (800 sq ft) holds ~80 standing / ~50 seated at tables; a 30x30 ~90 / ~60; a 40x80 ~320 / ~200. Tell us your guest count and we'll size it right.
For an additional fee, Sky High supplies water barrels that will keep your tent secure on concrete and hard surfaces. Please keep in mind that in order for the barrels to effectively secure your tent, your location must be able to provide a source of water also.
The types of tents available for rental typically include pole tents, which are supported by poles and are ideal for larger events; frame tents, which have no center poles and offer a clear span of space; canopy tents, perfect for small gatherings or daytime events; and clear top tents, which provide a unique aesthetic by allowing guests to view the sky.
Choosing the right size tent depends on the number of guests, the type of event, and the space required for other elements like dance floors, tables, and chairs. A general rule is to allow 10-12 square feet of space per person for banquet-style seating and 15-20 square feet per person for cocktail-style events.
In the event of a hurricane, tornado, or thunderstorm, evacuate the vicinity of the tent and seek shelter immediately. Very strong winds can displace the tent, allowing it to topple or move freely. Call us immediately, however keep in mind we use very strong stakes and heavy water barrels to secure tents from the ground.
All tents and rental items are cleaned and sanitized as they are returned.
We only use (ARA) American Rental Association approved chemicals to clean all tents after every use.
We use 10ft poles for drive through tents.
You can use a 10x10 tent if you just need a place for shade while cars pass by. Another option is to use a 20 x 20 tent or bigger with our 10ft poles.
