Q. Can your tents be used on concrete?

For an additional fee, Sky High supplies water barrels that will keep your tent secure on concrete and hard surfaces. Please keep in mind that in order for the barrels to effectively secure your tent, your location must be able to provide a source of water also.
Q. Do the triage tent includes sidewalls?

Yes one of our team members will help you on site to construct how many side walls you will need.
Q. Do you service medical tents for all of Texas?

Yes we service tents to Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas.
Q. How much space will my tent require?
-
At least 5' of space surrounding the perimeter of the tent is required (Although 10' is recommended). We recommend that you perform all area measurements before the day of your event.
Q. What do I do in the event of an emergency weather situation with the tent?

In the event of a hurricane, tornado, or thunderstorm, evacuate the vicinity of the tent and seek shelter immediately. Very strong winds can displace the tent, allowing it to topple or move freely. Call us immediately, however keep in mind we use very strong stakes and heavy water barrels to secure tents from the ground.
Q. How are your tents cleaned and sanitized?

All tents and rental items are cleaned and sanitized as they are returned.
Q. What product do you use to clean the tents?

We only use (ARA) American Rental Association approved chemicals to clean all tents after every use.
Q. How high are drive-through tents?

We use 10ft poles for drive through tents.
Q. What size tents do you recommend for drive through capability?
-
You can use a 10x10 tent if you just need a place for shade while cars pass by. Another option is to use a 20 x 20 tent or bigger with our 10ft poles.
