How do I use the Cotton Candy machine?

Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy.

Can I charge money for concessions at a national event?

Yes, and we offer a carnival stand rental that’s ideal for events where concessions are sold.

How many people does each machine serve?

Each rental includes supplies for 50 guests, and the machines can serve more with additional supply packs.

Can I purchase additional supplies or find them locally?

Yes, you can add more supplies to your order or shop at restaurant supply stores. Grocery stores may have snow cone syrup, but floss sugar and popcorn kits are best purchased from a specialty supplier. We include Blue Raspberry and Strawberry syrup as flavors for our snow cone machines. We do not have additional flavors in stock.

What do I need for the Snow Cone machine?

You'll need at least three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones.
