How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

Rentals start from $150 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.

Can bounce houses be set up at public parks

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many public parks across the U.S. allow inflatables with a permit. Examples include Central Park in New York City, Grant Park in Chicago, Discovery Green in Houston, Zilker Park in Austin, and Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. Permits and certificates of insurance are usually required, which we provide. Generators are available if outlets are not nearby.

What safety rules should be followed when using bounce houses?

Accepted Answer

Children must remove shoes, no food or drinks are allowed inside, no flips or roughhousing, and kids should be grouped by age and size. Adult supervision is always required.

How much space is required for a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

Standard units are 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft and require 17–20 ft of space, including clearance. Larger combo bounce houses with slides need more room. Each product page lists exact dimensions, and our AR preview tool helps customers plan accurately.

Bounce houses suit all ages, toddlers to adults, with jumpers grouped by size. For toddlers, we offer toddler-specific inflatables with soft play areas and gentle slides. For older children, teens, and adults, larger inflatables like obstacle courses and interactive games are more suitable.

How many kids can fit in a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

A standard 13x13 bounce house fits about 6-8 younger children at a time; a 15x15 fits 8-10. Every unit lists its weight and rider limit - rotating kids in similar-size groups keeps it safe.

What is your Weather Guarantee?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.

Do I need to supply power for my party rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes, power is required for inflatables and most of our other rental items. If you don't have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

What happens if it rains on the day of my party?

We have a pretty flexible weather policy. Weather sometimes changes so much that it will rain for 1 hour in one part of the city and then be sunny the rest of the day. Our weather policy is basically you have until the time the drivers arrive at your house to cancel, and not lose your deposit. If they get there and it's raining, or you feel it may rain you can just tell them you want to cancel and reschedule. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation prior anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will be responsible for full payment. Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue use after it rains. We just recommend drying it off with a towel if it's not a water slide and to keep the blower from getting wet as much as possible. If you decide to continue with the party despite the weather and we set up the equipment, you will be responsible for paying for the moonwalk.

What should I do if wind speeds increase during my event?

Accepted Answer

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

What time will you deliver?

Accepted Answer

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.

How long do I get to keep my rentals?

Accepted Answer

The base price for all inflatables is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for inflatable rentals lasting more than 4 hours. For tables, chairs, furniture, smaller games & concessions the price is the same for the whole day. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your end time for the most cost-effective option.

When do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 2 days before your party (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.

Question 16

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid any time which does not expire. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.

Question 17

What deposit is required for bounce house rentals?

Accepted Answer

Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For large events over $1,000, such as school districts, church conferences, or corporate gatherings, only a 25% deposit is required.
