We deliver Dallas & Fort Worth party rentals across the Dallas and Fort Worth area, including Arlington, Carrollton, DeSoto, Duncanville, Fort Worth, Garland. We serve zip codes like 76001 in Arlington, 75006 in Carrollton, 75115 in DeSoto, 75116 in Duncanville across Collin, Dallas, Tarrant counties. Delivery is a paid fee based on your address, shown at checkout, and our crew handles setup, anchoring, and collection.
What is your Weather Guarantee?
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
What deposit do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day, or 25% on orders over $1,000 like a school or church event. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.
What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?
Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
How much space do I need, and how do I check it fits?
Plan for a flat, clear area a few feet larger than the unit, plus overhead clearance and a path through your gate. Every product page lists exact dimensions, and View in My Yard lets you preview the unit in your own space from your phone before you book.
Can I set up at a park in Dallas & Fort Worth?
Yes, plenty of families book us for parks like River Legacy Park in Arlington, RJ McInnish Park & Sports Complex in Carrollton, Grimes Park in DeSoto, Armstrong Park in Duncanville. Most parks require a reservation and a certificate of insurance, which we provide for a $35 fee, and we rent generators when there is no outlet so your unit runs all day.
