How do I use the Popcorn machine?

Turn on the kettle heat and light, add a full popcorn kit, close the lid, and wait for the popcorn to drop into the tray for serving. When fully popped, dump the kettle to release any remaining popcorn ready to eat.

How do I use the Cotton Candy machine?

Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy.

How do I use the Snow Cone machine?

Plug it into a power outlet, add regular ice cubes to the top, press the motor and blade switches, and scoop the shaved ice into cones, then add syrup.

Does the Popcorn machine include a scooper?

Yes, the machine includes a scooper for serving.

What do I need to bring for the Snow Cone machine?

You'll need approximately three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones.

How much does it cost to rent a concession machine?

Rentals start from $150 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.

How many people does each machine serve?

Each machine includes supplies for 50 people, but with extra supplies they can serve many more.

Can I buy extra concession supplies or find them locally?

Yes, we sell extra 50-serving supply packs and you can find compatible supplies at stores like Ace Mart in Dallas. Grocery stores usually don’t carry floss sugar or popcorn kits but often have snow cone syrup. We provide Blue Raspberry and Strawberry syrup with each rental.

Can I pick up a concession machine in the Dallas area?

While not directly in Dallas, we are located 20 minutes south in Lancaster, TX. Machines can be picked up from our warehouse at 301 E Pecan St, Lancaster, TX 75146. Please schedule ahead and bring ID.

Can I charge guests money for concessions?

Yes, and our carnival stand is a great option for events where you want to sell popcorn, cotton candy, or snow cones.

Why should I choose Sky High Party Rentals for concession machine rentals?

With more 5-star reviews than anyone in the industry and recognition on the Inc. 5000 list three times, we’re the most trusted name in party rentals across Texas.

Are the machines cleaned before delivery?

Yes, every machine is cleaned and sanitized with soap and water before it goes out.

Do I need to clean the machine before returning it?

If we pick it up, no cleaning is needed. If you return it, please empty leftover contents and wipe the machine before bringing it back.

Testimonials

Fantastic customer service from all their representatives. Because of a slope in our yard, we needed to get a smaller bounce house, which was a firetruck. Their staff was very helpful with figuring out measurements and placement and finding the perfect unit. Delivery and pick up was on time and the guys were friendly and efficient. The pricing was also great. My little boy was ecstatic when he saw his Firetruck bounce house and it was a huge hit for the party. I will definitely rent from them again.

We have ordered from Sky High many times for personal, business and non-profit use and they are always great. Love how you get a text and can track how close they are for drop off and pick up! Also their crews are always very kind and courteous and assure everything is clean and ready to be used! Even if that means they are cleaning it after set up!! Thank you!
