Yes. Many churches, recreation centers, and schools in the Dallas area book bounce houses indoors during winter. A 15 ft ceiling and wide doorway access are required.
Yes. Parks like Klyde Warren Park, White Rock Lake Park, Trinity Park in Fort Worth, and River Legacy Park in Arlington allow inflatables with permits. A certificate of insurance is typically required, which we provide, and generators are available if outlets aren’t nearby.

Kids must remove shoes, no food or drinks are allowed, no flips or rough play, and children should be grouped by size. Adult supervision is mandatory at all times.

A 6ft rectangle table seats 6-8 people; an 8ft rectangle seats 8-10. A 5ft round seats 8-10 and a 4ft round seats 6. For a plated meal, plan on 8 per 8ft table; for a buffet you can add the end seats.

Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
We vacuum, scrub with soap and water, and sanitize every bounce house with EPA-approved cleaners. Extra care is given to entryways, netting, and climbing areas.
Yes. Overnight rentals are available for both residential and school events. Simply select “8am pickup” during checkout for next-day pickup.
Cancel before delivery for full store credit with no expiration. Once a bounce house is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain clears later, towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it.

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
