FAQ - Austin & San Antonio Frozen Combo | Sky High Party Rentals

Question 1

How much does it cost to rent a combo (bounce + slide)?

Accepted Answer

Rentals start from $225 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.

Question 2

How many kids can fit in a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

A standard 13x13 bounce house fits about 6-8 younger children at a time; a 15x15 fits 8-10. Every unit lists its weight and rider limit - rotating kids in similar-size groups keeps it safe.

Question 3

What do I need for a water slide setup at my home or a park?

Accepted Answer

A standard garden hose connected to a water source with steady pressure is needed. Our crew installs the misting system. For dry setups, no hose or water connection is required.

Question 4

Can slides be set up indoors in Austin or San Antonio?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dry slides are frequently used indoors at schools, rec centers, and churches, especially in the winter months. Indoor setups require at least 15 ft of ceiling clearance and a wide entrance.

Question 5

Can wet/dry slides be set up at Austin or San Antonio parks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parks like Zilker Park, Pease Park, and Mueller Lake Park in Austin, and Brackenridge Park, San Pedro Springs Park, and McAllister Park in San Antonio, allow inflatables with permits. Most parks require proof of insurance, which we provide. Generators are available when outlets are not on-site.

Question 6

How much space is required for a wet/dry slide?

Accepted Answer

Slides vary, but most need 15–20 ft in width and 25–40 ft in length. Large dual-lane slides may require 40+ ft. Product pages list exact dimensions, and AR previews help confirm fit.

Question 7

What safety rules apply to wet/dry slides?
