Each bounce house is vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectant. Special care is taken with netting, steps, and entryways.

What safety rules should children follow in bounce houses?

Shoes must be removed, no food or drinks allowed, no flips or roughhousing, and children should be grouped by size. Adult supervision is mandatory.

Can bounce houses be kept overnight?

Yes. Overnight rentals are available for both private and community events. Select “8am pickup” at checkout for next-morning pickup.

What deposit is required for bounce house rentals?

Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on event day. For larger rentals over $1,000 — such as school carnivals, church festivals, or corporate events — only a 25% deposit is required.

What is your cancellation and weather policy?

You may cancel before delivery and receive full store credit with no expiration. If weather clears later, you can towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it safely.

Do you offer themed bounce houses in Austin and San Antonio?

What should I do if wind speeds increase during my event?

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

Do you offer themed units?

What ages are these best for, and how many kids at once?

Most suit ages 2 to 12, and a standard unit fits 6 to 8 kids of similar size at a time. Capacity and ages are on every product page; keep similar sizes together with an adult supervising.

What power do I need, and what if there is no outdoor outlet?

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.

Normally we would rent bounce houses from a lower cost vendor but I discovered this particular unit after doing some online searching. My son LOVES Spidey and Amazing and had it as his theme for the party. Nowhere else has this particular unit. While it was a bit pricier than we’d normally do, it was totally worth it to see his little face when he saw it and also was amazing how big of a size it was to accommodate all his friends older and younger! The staff who came to set it up were super friendly and very professional! My other son has a birthday in July and I’m already looking to see what other unique units Sky High might have that he would like! Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
