Frequently Asked Questions
Rentals start from $400 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.
A standard garden hose connected to a water source with steady pressure is needed. Our crew installs the misting system. For dry setups, no hose or water connection is required.
We deliver Austin & San Antonio water slides across the Austin and San Antonio area, including Buda, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, Georgetown, Kyle, Leander, Lockhart, New Braunfels, Pflugerville, Round Rock. We serve zip codes like 78610 in Buda, 78613 in Cedar Park, 78620 in Dripping Springs, 78626 in Georgetown across Bexar, Caldwell, Comal, Hays, Travis counties. Delivery is a paid fee based on your address, shown at checkout, and our crew handles setup, anchoring, and collection.
Slides are vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants after each rental. High-touch areas like stairs, handles, and landings are given extra attention.
Yes. Overnight rentals are available. Select “8am pickup” during checkout for next-day pickup. Many schools and churches book slides overnight for multi-day festivals.
Yes. We stock licensed themes like Disney Princesses, Marvel superheroes, Nickelodeon favorites, and Star Wars, along with tropical, castle, and sports-themed designs.
Yes. From small backyard slides to giant dual-lane festival slides, we offer rentals for every budget. Visit our Austin Specials Page for the latest deals and seasonal discounts.
Yes. Dry slides are frequently used indoors at schools, rec centers, and churches, especially in the winter months. Indoor setups require at least 15 ft of ceiling clearance and a wide entrance.
Yes. Parks like Zilker Park, Pease Park, and Mueller Lake Park in Austin, and Brackenridge Park, San Pedro Springs Park, and McAllister Park in San Antonio, allow inflatables with permits. Most parks require proof of insurance, which we provide. Generators are available when outlets are not on-site.
Slides vary, but most need 15–20 ft in width and 25–40 ft in length. Large dual-lane slides may require 40+ ft. Product pages list exact dimensions, and AR previews help confirm fit.
Only one rider per lane at a time, no flips, no roughhousing, and adult supervision at all times. For wet setups, extension cords and blowers must be kept dry.
Yes. Most slides are designed for wet use in the summer and dry use in cooler seasons. Families often book water slides for summer birthdays, while schools and churches rent dry slides for fall festivals, field days, and winter carnivals.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Slides use a built-in misting hose that sprays water across the sliding surface, keeping it slick and safe. For dry rentals, the hose is disconnected, and the unit is safe for climbing and sliding without water.
If weather conditions are uncertain, you may cancel before delivery for full store credit that never expires. Once the slide is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain passes during your event, towel-dry the slide and resume use.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
With 20+ years of experience, 100,000+ successful events delivered, and 1,000+ five-star reviews, Sky High Party Rentals is Central Texas' most trusted source for interactive inflatables. We are fully insured, background-check our staff, and provide AR previews so families can plan confidently.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For large orders over $1,000 — such as school field days or church carnivals — only a 25% deposit is required.
