Did not get predicted delivery time the night before as expected but I called early the next morning and they were able to tell me estimated delivery time. Delivery guys were amazing. Efficient and polite. One table came broken and they said they would bring replacement. Delivered new table just in time and one extra for the trouble. Very sweet with the kids when they came to pick it up later as well. Thank you.

Overall LOVED the Monster Truck Water Slide. Only issue was they brought the wrong table and broke part of our gate getting the bouncy house into the backyard. Not the best delivery experience, but they tried really hard to make everything work properly and that counts for a lot.

My son loved the monster truck water slide. It was perfect for all ages that attended the party (3-11). I would definitely rent again.

No, you can use this slide wet or dry.
You need a standard outdoor water spigot connected to a water hose long enough to reach the location where the water slide will be setup. If you are renting multiple water slides, you may need to purchase a water hose splitter.
Yes, shoes must be taken off on inflatables.
No, we do not provide tarps, unless specifically requested. An additional fee may be involved if we fully tarp your area.
Yes, there is a $25 delivery fee for locations within 40 miles of Houston. This fee includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up. For locations more than 40 miles outside of Houston, fees may increase. Fees are automatically calculated based on the zip code of your event location and will be displayed on the “View Cart” page.
Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.
