Frequently Asked Questions
Rentals start from $150 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.
A standard 13x13 bounce house fits about 6-8 younger children at a time; a 15x15 fits 8-10. Every unit lists its weight and rider limit - rotating kids in similar-size groups keeps it safe.
Our Hello Kitty inflatables cater to a range of ages. The Hello Kitty Toddler Inflatable is perfect for little ones ages 2 to 5, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. The Hello Kitty Bounce House suits all ages, toddlers to adults, grouped by size, while the Hello Kitty Bounce House with Slide is ideal for children who enjoy more active play, suitable for ages 2 to 12.
All our Hello Kitty inflatables are designed with safety in mind, featuring secure netting, robust structural supports, and fire-retardant materials. They also come with clear safety instructions and require adult supervision at all times to ensure all children are safe while playing.
We offer a variety of Hello Kitty-themed inflatables perfect for any children's party, including a Hello Kitty Toddler Inflatable, a Hello Kitty Bounce House, and a Hello Kitty Bounce House with Slide. Each one features adorable Hello Kitty designs and is suited for different age groups and party sizes.
Yes, all our Hello Kitty inflatables can be set up both indoors and outdoors, depending on your event space and requirements. They are versatile for setup in backyards, parks, indoor halls, or even large indoor spaces like gymnasiums, as long as the area provides adequate space and height clearance.
Hello Kitty Toddler Inflatable: 22ft x 22ft x 12ft H Hello Kitty Bounce House: 14'L x 15'W x 13'H Hello Kitty Bounce House with Slide: 20'L X 16'W X 14'H Please ensure you have a space slightly larger than these dimensions for safe setup.
We follow a rigorous cleaning protocol. After each use, the inflatables are vacuumed, cleaned with soap and water, and then disinfected with an EPA-approved disinfectant to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
We recommend a clear area at least 2 feet larger than the dimensions of each inflatable on all sides. This space is necessary for safe entry and exit, and to accommodate the blower systems and anchor stakes.
The installation area should be flat, clear of any sharp objects, rocks, or debris, and accessible via a path at least 3.5 feet wide. You will need to provide a power source within 50 feet of the setup area; otherwise, a generator can be provided for an additional charge.
A standard 110V outlet is required for each inflatable. Each blower unit must be connected to a separate circuit to prevent power overloads. If your venue lacks sufficient outlets, let us know in advance so we can arrange for additional power sources.
You can book any of our Hello Kitty inflatables through our website or by calling our customer service. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of your chosen inflatable, especially during peak seasons like summer and holidays.
Yes, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time and receive store credit toward a future party instead of a cash refund. Credit is not issued after we have delivered the rental equipment.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
With 20+ years of experience, 100,000+ successful events delivered, and 1,000+ five-star reviews, Sky High Party Rentals is one of the most trusted sources in Texas for interactive inflatables. We are fully insured, background-check our staff, and provide AR previews so families can plan confidently.
