Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on event day. For larger rentals over $1,000 — such as school carnivals, church festivals, or corporate events — only a 25% deposit is required.
Most suit ages 2 to 12, and a standard unit fits 6 to 8 kids of similar size at a time. Capacity and ages are on every product page; keep similar sizes together with an adult supervising.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
You may cancel before delivery and receive full store credit with no expiration. If weather clears later, you can towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it safely.
Yes, our toddler units are built for ages 2 to 6 with low entry, soft play, and gentle slides.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
