Frequently Asked Questions
Rentals start from $150 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.
Bounce houses are generally designed for ages 3–12. For older kids, teens, and adults, we recommend larger inflatables such as obstacle courses or interactive sports games.
Yes. Many churches, gyms, and recreation centers rent bounce houses indoors during colder months. A ceiling of at least 15 ft and wide access points are required for safe setup.
Yes. Parks such as Zilker Park, Pease Park, and Mueller Lake Park in Austin, and Brackenridge Park, San Pedro Springs Park, and McAllister Park in San Antonio, allow bounce houses with permits. A certificate of insurance is usually required, which we provide, and generators can be rented if electricity isn’t available.
Most bounce houses measure 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft, requiring about 17–20 ft of total space. Larger combos with slides may need more. Exact dimensions are available on each product page, and AR previews let you visualize the setup in your space.
Shoes must be removed, no food or drinks allowed, no flips or roughhousing, and children should be grouped by size. Adult supervision is mandatory.
We deliver Austin & San Antonio bounce houses across the Austin and San Antonio area, including Buda, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Kyle, Leander, Lockhart, New Braunfels, Pflugerville, Round Rock, San Antonio. We serve zip codes like 78610 in Buda, 78613 in Cedar Park, 78620 in Dripping Springs, 78626 in Georgetown across Bexar, Caldwell, Comal, Hays, Travis counties. Delivery is a paid fee based on your address, shown at checkout, and our crew handles setup, anchoring, and collection.
Each bounce house is vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectant. Special care is taken with netting, steps, and entryways.
Yes. Overnight rentals are available for both private and community events. Select “8am pickup” at checkout for next-morning pickup.
Yes. Our inventory includes licensed Disney Princess, Marvel Avengers, Star Wars, Nickelodeon, and Paw Patrol bounce houses, along with sports and castle designs.
Yes. We offer bounce houses at every price point, from basic moonwalks to deluxe combos with slides. Visit our Austin Specials Page for the latest discounts and seasonal offers.
Most rentals require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 2 days before your party. Parties within 36 hours are paid in full at checkout. For larger rentals over $1,000 — such as school carnivals, church festivals, or corporate events — only a 25% deposit is required.
Most suit ages 2 to 12, and a standard unit fits 6 to 8 kids of similar size at a time. Capacity and ages are on every product page; keep similar sizes together with an adult supervising.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
You may cancel before delivery and receive full store credit with no expiration. If weather clears later, you can towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it safely.
Yes, our toddler units are built for ages 2 to 6 with low entry, soft play, and gentle slides.
If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
Yes, from Disney Princess and Marvel to Star Wars, Paw Patrol, sports, and castles. You can't filter by theme on the category page, but visit our themes section to see every product that matches your theme. If you don't see it there, just search the theme in the search bar at the top of the site.
Each unit runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within about 50 feet, ideally its own 20-amp circuit so the breaker does not trip. No outdoor power, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
With 20+ years of experience, 100,000+ events delivered, and 1,000+ five-star reviews, Sky High is trusted by families, schools, and churches across Central Texas. Our insured crews, background-checked staff, and AR previews make planning safe and stress-free.
