Fantastic customer service from all their representatives. Because of a slope in our yard, we needed to get a smaller bounce house, which was a firetruck. Their staff was very helpful with figuring out measurements and placement and finding the perfect unit. Delivery and pick up was on time and the guys were friendly and efficient. The pricing was also great. My little boy was ecstatic when he saw his Firetruck bounce house and it was a huge hit for the party. I will definitely rent from them again.
