Which document do I upload?
Your signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification (Form 01-339, back page) is best. Your exemption letter from the Texas Comptroller works too.
I already booked and paid tax. What now?
Once your certificate is saved, your booked orders show up on this page with a button that takes the sales tax off. If the order still has a balance due, the balance goes down. If the order is paid in full, the sales tax amount goes to your account as store credit right away, and it never expires. Prefer it back on your card? Call us at (281) 606-5867 and we will send it.

Do I need to sign in every time?
Yes. Tax comes off while you are signed in to the account that has the certificate. If you check out without signing in, the checkout lets you sign in with your email.
