It started in a Houston garage with a single bounce house and a big idea. The Team and Family Behind It All

Sky High Party Rentals was founded by Robert De Los Santos in 2005 and has been built from the ground up as a family-driven company. Major decisions, from operations and legal structure to long-term strategy, are shaped with the guidance of his wife Maria De Los Santos, DO, JD, who has served as in-house counsel since 2011. As both a physician and an attorney, Maria brings a perspective that runs deeper than legal compliance. Her commitment to children's health and physical activity is embedded in how the company thinks, plans, and grows.

That family spirit extends to the full team. Sky High now employs over 100 people who share a belief that their work means something beyond a weekend delivery. Every person on this team shows up because active, joyful play is worth showing up for.
