Standard units are 13x13 ft or 15x15 ft and need 17 to 20 ft of space including clearance. Larger combo units with a slide need more room. Every product page lists exact dimensions, and our View in My Yard tool helps you plan accurately.
Bounce houses are generally recommended for children ages 3 to 12. For toddlers, we offer toddler-specific inflatables with soft play areas and gentle slides. For older kids, teens, and adults, larger inflatables like obstacle courses and interactive games work best.
A standard 13x13 bounce house fits about 6-8 younger children at a time; a 15x15 fits 8-10. Every unit lists its weight and rider limit - rotating kids in similar-size groups keeps it safe.
Every unit is vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with an EPA-approved disinfectant after each rental, with extra care on the netting, steps, and high-contact areas, so it arrives fresh.
Children must remove their shoes, no food or drinks are allowed inside, no flips or roughhousing, and kids should be grouped by age and size. Adult supervision is always required.
Yes, power is required. Most rentals need 1 to 2 outlets on separate breakers within about 50 ft of where the item is placed. No nearby outlet, or setting up at a park? Add a generator at checkout and we will bring it so everything runs all day.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, the rental is final.
If wind speeds top about 15 mph, stop use and turn the blower off. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high wind. If you see trees swaying hard or a storm approaching, power down until it passes, then resume.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery day, or 25% on orders over $1,000 like a school or church event. If you cancel for any reason, your payment becomes store credit that never expires, never a cash refund, so you never lose what you paid.
