You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Each bounce house is vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectant. Special care is taken with netting, steps, and entryways.

You may cancel before delivery and receive full store credit with no expiration. If weather clears later, you can towel-dry the inflatable and continue using it safely.

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.

Yes. The 14 x 14 Sports Bounce House has a hoop inside the jumping area and is one of the most booked units on this page. For shooting games without the bounce, the Shooting Stars Basketball Shootout puts two players head to head. Our crew handles delivery, setup and pickup for either.
