A standard garden hose connected to a water source with steady pressure is needed. Our crew installs the misting system. For dry setups, no hose or water connection is required.
Yes. Dry slides are frequently used indoors at schools, rec centers, and churches, especially in the winter months. Indoor setups require at least 15 ft of ceiling clearance and a wide entrance.
Yes. Parks like Zilker Park, Pease Park, and Mueller Lake Park in Austin, and Brackenridge Park, San Pedro Springs Park, and McAllister Park in San Antonio, allow inflatables with permits. Most parks require proof of insurance, which we provide. Generators are available when outlets are not on-site.

Yes. Most slides are designed for wet use in the summer and dry use in cooler seasons. Families often book water slides for summer birthdays, while schools and churches rent dry slides for fall festivals, field days, and winter carnivals.
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason right up until our crew arrives, even the morning of, and your full payment is held as store credit that never expires toward a new date. Once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains after we leave, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
Slides use a built-in misting hose that sprays water across the sliding surface, keeping it slick and safe. For dry rentals, the hose is disconnected, and the unit is safe for climbing and sliding without water.
Slides are vacuumed, washed with soap and water, and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants after each rental. High-touch areas like stairs, handles, and landings are given extra attention.
Yes. Overnight rentals are available. Select “8am pickup” during checkout for next-day pickup. Many schools and churches book slides overnight for multi-day festivals.
If weather conditions are uncertain, you may cancel before delivery for full store credit that never expires. Once the slide is set up, the rental fee applies. If rain passes during your event, towel-dry the slide and resume use.

If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, immediately stop use and turn off the inflatable. Even with stakes or sandbags, inflatables cannot be safely secured in high winds. A good rule of thumb: if you see trees swaying heavily or a storm is approaching, power off the blower until conditions improve.
