Fantastic! Helpful and flexible with the reservation. Bouncy house bouncy! When a rock got into the fan's motor - even though the rock seemed to settle into the base of the fan and caused no problems, a crew member returned to our house a replaced the entire fan - at no cost. They're seriously professional!
