Frequently Asked Questions
Rentals start from $400 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Your exact price depends on the unit, your event date, and delivery location - enter your date and ZIP on any product to see the live price and confirm it is available.
To set up the Farmyard Toddler Obstacle, you need a flat surface with dimensions slightly larger than 16ft L x 19ft W x 10ft H. We recommend a clearance area of at least 18ft x 21ft to ensure safety and accessibility. This allows sufficient room for easy access and safe use of the inflatable.
The Farmyard Toddler Obstacle can be set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, for safety and stability, we prefer setting it up on grass whenever possible. Please specify the surface type when booking so we can prepare appropriately and ensure the inflatable is securely anchored.
The Farmyard Toddler Obstacle is specifically designed for children ages 2 to about 8 years old. To ensure safety and enjoyment, we recommend that it be used by children within this age range and that the number of children on the inflatable at one time be limited according to size and activity level.
To ensure availability for your chosen date, we recommend booking the Farmyard Toddler Obstacle as early as possible, especially during peak seasons such as spring and summer weekends. While last-minute bookings are possible, advanced reservations help guarantee that your preferred time and date are secured.
We adhere to a strict cleaning protocol to ensure that the Farmyard Toddler Obstacle is hygienic and safe for every event. After each rental, the inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected with an EPA-approved cleaner, and inspected for safety and quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
We deliver, set up, and take down the Farmyard Toddler Obstacle for your convenience. Delivery charges may vary based on the distance to your event location in Austin or San Antonio. Our team will handle all aspects of the setup before your event starts and take it down after the event concludes.
Safety is our top priority. Ensure that all children using the Farmyard Toddler Obstacle are supervised by an adult at all times. The inflatable is designed with safety features like mesh sides for visibility and soft, impact-absorbing materials to prevent injuries.
For rentals in Austin and San Antonio, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to the day before delivery without any penalty. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances force a cancellation on the day of the event, we offer a full credit that can be used for future rentals.
